Week 1–2: Laser Measurement & Factory CNC Production
While site engineers execute electrical conduit wall chasing and ceiling marking on site, our automated off-site CNC joinery plants cut, edge-band, and pre-drill all cabinet carcasses to sub-millimeter precision.
Week 3–4: Carcass Assembly & Countertop Fitting
Flat-pack cabinetry arrives on site in protective wrapping. Carcasses are mounted, leveled, and fixed. Quartz countertops are cut and installed with seamless undermount sinks.
Week 5: False Ceiling, Electrical & Primer Paint
Moisture-resistant ceiling channels are framed and wired for spot COB lights and cove LED strips. Wall putty and acrylic primer coats are applied.
Week 6: Shutter Fitting, Deep Clean & Handover Audit
External shutters (laminate, acrylic, or PU) are aligned with soft-close hinges. Final coat of washable paint is applied followed by professional deep cleaning and quality checklist sign-off.
